Center of Hope's "Men of Distinction" stand before the church as Dr. Perryman says "With strong Black Men, the enemy without cannot defeat us as long as there is no enemy within!"  He's referring to stopping negativity so that it does not hinder the growth of a church.

The "Men of Distinction" link their arms as a symbol of unity among African-American men.
