DOI Code of Conduct

We will begin each session by affirming ourselves.

We will always maintain manners and posture worthy of our royal heritage and carry ourselves with pride and dignity.

We will always demonstrate respect for ourselves and for the rights and properties of others.

We will always do our best to help one another achieve our goals and dreams.

We will never say negative or discouraging things to one another.

We will always strive for the highest character, integrity, and honesty and maintain a passion for the excellence in what we do.

We will clean up after ourselves.

We will treat the church with the utmost respect.

WE WILL APPLY THESE CODES AND PLEDGES KNOWING THAT GOD IS ALWAYS WATCHING.

DOI Pledge

We will remember the lives, glory, trials, and tribulations of our ancestors

And honor the struggles of our elders.

We will strive to bring new values and new life to our people;

We will have peace and unity among us.

We will be loving, sharing, and creative.

We will work, study, and listen

So that we may learn and then go out and teach.

We will have discipline, patience, devotion, and courage.

We will live as models to provide new direction for our people.

We will be free and self-determined.

We are Daughters of Imani, journeying toward womanhood.

DAUGHTERS OF IMANI!
